I am a senior scientific and data science leader with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of experimental biology, translational medicine, and advanced analytics. I hold an M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology, an M.S. in Data Science, and a Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine and Biotechnology. I combine scientific rigor with analytical leadership to translate complex biomedical questions into data-driven strategies that accelerate discovery, translational research, and clinical development.

I bring end-to-end expertise across both wet-lab and dry-lab science, with deep specialization in genomics-driven programs and multi-omics research. My work integrates molecular biology, functional genomics, proteomics, single-cell transcriptomics, and in vivo studies with advanced bioinformatics and machine learning. I have led the development of predictive and prescriptive models, biometrics-driven analyses, and scalable, cloud-enabled analytics workflows to support precision medicine efforts.

My industry experience includes cell therapy genomics and genome-editing analytics, including on-target and off-target assessment, T-cell receptor characterization, and genomic risk evaluation to support therapeutic decision-making. I have applied these approaches to guide candidate selection, de-risk genome-editing strategies, and advance programs from discovery through clinical translation. I’m known for bridging bench science and data science—aligning scientists, clinicians, and engineers to ensure analyses are biologically grounded, statistically robust, and decision-ready.

I have led cross-functional initiatives across discovery, clinical, CMC, and quality teams, translating large-scale clinical and multi-omics data into actionable insights. I have also contributed to IND-enabling activities, including genomics analyses to support regulatory submissions and responses to health authority questions, with emphasis on traceability, reproducibility, and regulatory readiness. With 50+ peer-reviewed publications and progressive experience across academia and industry, I bring a rare combination of scientific depth, computational expertise, and strategic execution to help organizations de-risk decisions and accelerate pipeline impact.
